Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Nutripharm. We strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We request you to record a complete, unedited product unboxing video in order to validate the claims of Damaged/Defective/Incorrect product as per your Order.

To initiate a return, Customer have to raise a concern with us immediately or within 48 hours of receiving the product in hand. Kindly write us your issue at support@nutripharm.in attaching the order details, order Id and unboxing video.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the product is unused and in sealed condition. Please make sure that the Nutripharm Tags, labels and other packaging is intact as original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

On evaluating your return request, if your return is accepted, we will notify the same. Please note that you will have to ship the product to the following address and share us the shipment tracking details: NUTRIPHARM, 331/4, 2nd Floor, Guru Towers, NSR Road, Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641011.

Products shipped back to us without intimating/requesting a return will not be entertained.

Exclusions:

Opened / Used package or container will not be accepted for returns.

We will not encourage any damages caused by misuse or mishandling of the product.

We will not accept product returns on Offer/Sale items. Only regular priced products can be returned

For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavour dislike, flavour difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult with the doctor/experts before buying the product.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it (We also record full unboxing video for the returned product) and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7 – 10 business days depending on your Bank / Credit Card issuer’s policies.

Authentication:

We only sell 100% authenticated products at our website. Incase of any difficulties in authenticating your product, write back to us at support@nutripharm.in and we will guide you. We strive to provide utmost support to authenticate the product but please bare any time delays (3-5 business days) while receiving the authentication response from the Importer/Manufacturer’s end
