Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Information:

We offer shipping services across India. All orders are dispatched within 24 – 48 hours of order placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges vary depending on the destination of the order. We offer exclusive Free Delivery for all orders within Tamil Nadu. For outside Tamil Nadu, we offer Free Delivery for the order value above Rs. 7000. For any orders below Rs. 7000 and outside Tamil Nadu, we charge flat Rs. 200 for Shipping.

3. Delivery Time:

The estimated delivery time would be 3 to 7 business days from the date of order placement. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, and unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or strikes.

4. Cancellation Policy:

We can only accept cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by writing to us at support@nutripharm.in. Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 2 to 3 business days through your requested payment platform.

5. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

6. Delivery Attempts:

Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package to the provided shipping address. In case you are unavailable to receive the delivery, kindly get in touch with the courier partner to reschedule the delivery or collect the package from their nearest facility.

7. Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Please provide valid Contact number and Email address for regular order updates.

8. International Shipping:

Currently, we are not shipping to International destinations.

9. Shipping Restrictions:

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to legal or logistical reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for such products if shipping to your location is not feasible.
